After hosting three retreats at this breathtaking location in 2016, 2017, and 2023, we are absolutely thrilled to be taking another wonderful group to one of our favorite places on earth! Many of our past attendees have shared that this is one of the best trips they have ever had, and still reminisce about the experience.
The Location
Amorgos is a remarkably unspoiled island at the Southeastern edge of the Cyclades group, where traditional customs are still inextricably interwoven into a landscape as rich in beauty as its history and culture. Originally inhabited by seafarers from Asia Minor in the 4th Century BC, the island now cradles people who enjoy a lifestyle that has been shaped by a varied and dramatic past. This is a place that appears untouched by time, but where the inhabitants quietly preserve one of the best-kept secrets of the Aegean.
We will meet on the majestic island of Santorini where we will ferry as a group to Amorgos. On Amorgos, we will stay for 7 nights at the stunning 5-star Aegialis Hotel & Spa

Designed to Retreat
The Aegialis Hotel and Spa has designed its space with retreats in mind. We will have our own designated Shala with open windows, ocean-facing, and curated with care before every class. The food is grown in a family-run organic garden or procured from nearby islands. It is an internationally recognized and award-winning resort.

A True Getaway
What makes Amorgos so special is that it is off the beaten path and can only be reached by ferry. This makes it less touristy and allows you to have the space in serenity to breathe in every moment. You will experience the luxury of staying in a stunning accommodation while exploring the island's natural beauty and experiencing authentic Greek culture.

Sonja Lyth
Sonja will be offering daily Pilates fusion classes that blend classical and contemporary Pilates techniques with yoga and functional fitness movements to create a flow that is effective, balanced, and fun. All classes will be modified for various fitness levels and injuries.

Sasha Lyth
Sasha will be providing a handful of art workshops intending to help you let go of any preconceptions regarding art-making by approaching it from an intuitive perspective, which results in deep inner satisfaction and joy in the moment!
Accommodations
All guest rooms feature state-of-the-art facilities in a minimal Cycladic design mentality and present elegant and luxurious comfort. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Aegiali Bay with stunning views that perfectly complement the elegant and modern ambiance.

Transport from Santorini port to the airport on departure day (we will alert you of the best forms of transportation upon arrival and departure, and help assist as needed.)
*We highly recommend you stay the night of April 13th and the night of the 21st in Thira, Santorini, to give yourself some cushion with Ferry transport! We can help with hotel suggestions, and everything is walkable.

Wednesday
10 am - Depart for the 5-6 hour Island tour excursion: Visit the monastery of Panagia Chozoviotissa, relax and swim in the “Big Blue”, visit the St George Monastery (lunch included), and tour the capital village of Chora
5:30 - 6:20 pm - Pilates Fusion
7:30 pm - Dinner

8:30 -10 am -Morning Nature Walk and Cyanotype Art Workshop
10 am -4 pm Leisure time, spa services, or add-on activities
